"Love the place, good service. The staff are very attentive. Friendly boss. Yummy curry, thick and spicy just what I like my curry is. I ordered a small fish head curry for myself as I dined alone. The fish head is really small but with very generous portion of veggies. Will order Medium size next time. I really enjoyed my lunch there. Alone but not lonely.. Will go back again. Highly recommend..!!"

"The moment I stepped into the shop, I instantly recognized the owner — the same familiar face I used to see enjoying curry fish at Kam Long Ah Zai Curry near City Square. It brought back memories, and set the tone for what turned out to be a satisfying visit. I’m happy to say that the standard here remains solid. While the price has definitely crept up over the years — a medium fish head now goes for $52, which used to fetch you a medium fish tail back then — it’s understandable given today’s rising costs. That said, you’re now getting the added comfort of air-conditioning and a clean, well-maintained toilet, so I’d say it’s a fair trade-off as long as the quality stays consistent. Parking is a bit limited, but not a dealbreaker. I parked at KSL nearby and walked over. Plus, I visited on a weekday night, so there was no queue — another pleasant surprise. All in all, a worthy revisit for anyone craving a comforting bowl of curry fish in a more comfortable setting."

"Had lunch at Uncle Young Curry House and the experience was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious, and we had fish curry, baby bok choy, onion egg, and prawn rolls. Every dish was fresh, full of flavor, and served super fast. The fish curry was especially rich and tasty, and the prawn rolls were perfectly crispy. On top of that, the service was excellent warm, attentive, and efficient. Highly recommended for anyone craving a satisfying and flavorful meal!"

"Another surprise find for us while walking around. We wanted some curry for dinner and this was as good as any other place as we were not familiar with the area. The shop was nicely air conditioned so it was super comfortable. The proprietress was friendly and efficient with our order. We ordered a medium sized fish head curry (even though we were just two persons) plus a vegetable dish. The curry flavour was very good and enjoyable. So enjoyable that we finished it all! Argh The fish head was a good size and there were plenty of vegetables in the clay pot. Cabbage, long beans and lady’s fingers. The fish head was maybe a tad firm but super yummy! All in all, a very enjoyable dinner without the crowd and noise."

"This place is new. They have only been in business since Jan this year. Food quality control is good. However, limited menu and only hot water for hot beverage. Curry not too spicy. Suitable for children. Decent portion for the price. Overall it’s a pitstop for quick local meal or just curry dish for one."
